Sam Witwicky (LaBeouf) is off to college when his head becomes filled with glyph’s that the Decepticons need to find an object that can destroy the world. With the government questioning the Autobots existence on Earth the Decepticons make public their existence and demand Sam be surrendered to them. With Sam, his girlfriend Mikaela (Fox), and Sam’s parents in danger the Autobot’s try to save them even with the shock of the loss of one their own.
Another excellent sequel. The time line of this film is just a year later and everything fresh in their minds. The battle with the Decepticons continues to grow and new evil foes come down. All kinds of action in this film. CGI gets even better and better to the point I don’t see the transition between real and created. Even when the film comes to a close you know there will be more Decepticons coming. I love it!
The acting, as in the first, was top notch. It must be difficult to do scenes with that which is not there, to be placed in later. I would love to sit behind the scenes and see how they do it.
To me, Hasbro is a major competitor to Marvel and these Transformer films are very popular. I really like watching them again and again. If you are actually one of the few who have not seen it then do so, it will not disappoint.
